Week 3 Complete and Weigh In!!
Yes week 3 is done! And my legs feel like they are done too! Haha. This week was tough, not only did we have the work outs but I also joined in on the running club making Laura a tired girl! We also has our very first weigh in which was amazing! So far I’ve lost a total of 15 inches all over my body! One inch from my neck 3 inched from my upper abs, 3 inches from my lower abs and in a bunch of other places… I’ve lost 9 pound of fat and gained 2 pounds of muscle, so all together lost just over 7 pounds in 3 weeks. All above average according to the program director so I am soo proud of myself and these great results will keep me motivated in the weeks to come!
Week 2 Completed!
So I’ve completed my first 2 weeks of Claringtons Biggest Loser and I gotta tell ya it was painful! Between the healthy food choices and my personal trainer making run flights of stairs it hasn’t been easy. But I can tell things are really working…my skin looks better, dark circles under my eyes are going away and I’ve had a few compliments on my face getting thinner. Even Sean said my love handles are a little harder to grasp onto! After just 2 weeks! not too shabby!
Hey Slim Band Ad
Get off my biggest loser blog!!
Of course I start a blog about losing weight and Slim Band is the chosen advertisement….
Oh…my water alarm just went off time to drink 2 cups of water!
Hello world!
Welcome to my Blog!
In October, I will be starting a program called Clarington’s Biggest Loser. It’s a weight loss program based on the show, I thought a blog would help me keep me motivated on my weight loss goals and be a good place to share my ups and downs over the ten week program.
I have been thinking as the date to start the program gets closer about the things I will miss out on starting a healthy lifestyle. It’s weird to say “missing out on” but as Sean (my BF) and I just downed a pizza with garlic bread and pop, I couldn’t help but think this would be one of the last times we would chill, eat pizza and watch the game. Salads and hockey just don’t seem to go!
Things like chocolate, which for those who know me will be a toughie. Oh and we are getting into Holiday Season, Thanksgiving, Halloween and Christmasgoodbye mash potatoes, gravy, turnip puff…a Sacrifice I’m willing to make.
But of course the things I’ll gain out weigh the pizza. No gut or thunder thighs, Jeans that last more then 3 months. Better yet Jeans out of the double digits. Liking to swim with my friends would be nice. Self confidence, and maybe a pair of skinny jeans…who knows the sky is the limit!
Well with a week and half until the end of September, preping for Claringtons Biggest Loser is on my mind. After meeting with Tash the creator of the program she gave me a few things to work on. Drinking more water, apparently I’m not getting enough. She gave me a helpful hint to set an alarm a few times a day on my cell phone or watch to remind me to stop and drink a few cups of water. And to work on making little goals like working up to ten push ups. Not to hard eh?
I’ll keep ya posted….
